Aintree University Hospital is holding Focus on Stroke, a free public health information event about stroke on Friday 9 September at 2.00pm in the hospital’s Clinical Science Centre.

Aintree's stroke team will provide an overview and discuss the causes, treatment, rehabilitation and latest research into the condition in a friendly and accessible way. Information and advice will also be available from the Stroke Association.

The event is suitable for everyone including patients, carers, families and friends and may be of interest to medical students and colleagues. There's no need to book. Just come along and find out more.
