We are planning to set up four Macmillan cancer information 'hubs' in south Sefton and to ensure these are located in venues that are right for our residents, we are asking people what they think.

People have until 22 April 2016 to give their views. If you would like to take part please:

• Read an information leaflet about the project
• Fill in a questionnaire and return it to us using the Freepost address on the bottom of the survey
