Sefton Childcare and Early Years Survey for Parents and Carers

Date exercise ended - Monday, March 28, 2022

Overview

Sefton Council is conducting a survey is to find out from parents and carers what their experiences and needs are in relation to childcare. The information will be used to inform their Childcare Sufficiency Assessment. It will also help plan to make sure there are enough high quality childcare places at the times and in the places that families need it in Sefton.

The team would also like to better understand the impact of the COVID pandemic on childcare services and on families who use childcare and what works well regarding childcare in Sefton and what can be improved.

Your views will help the team to decide how to assess if there is enough childcare provision in Sefton and plan new childcare services and ensure places meet the needs for local families. They are also keen to hear about the experiences of families with special educational needs and disabilities.
