Share feedback on your experiences of care homes during the pandemic

Date exercise ended - Friday, April 30, 2021

Healthwatch Sefton would like to hear from the friends and family members of those in care homes during the pandemic to understand what this experience has been like.

Healthwatch Sefton is asking people, whether they be a relative or a friend, to share their feedback so they can find out what the impact has been on your relative(s), friends and how restrictions put in place to keep everyone safe, have impacted on you and your wider family.

They are also welcoming feedback from relatives and friends who may not live local but have someone they care for in a Sefton based home.

After reviewing the feedback, the team will produce a report to show those working in the care sector how those they care for have been supported, and look at what hasn’t worked so well to understand how services can be improved in the future.

How to get involved

Complete the survey.

You can also read more information on the Healthwatch Sefton website.

If you don’t want to fill in this form and would prefer to speak to someone about your experiences, you can call the team on 0800 206 1304.
