Health regulator calls for patient views

Wednesday, March 23, 2016

England's health and adult social care regulator is inviting people's views about the care provided by two Merseyside hospitals over the past year, ahead of its forthcoming inspections of both trusts.

Inspectors from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) are staging drop-in sessions in the hospitals, where patients, carers and the public can come and give their views and experiences of urgent and community services provided by Southport & Ormskirk Hospital NHS Trust and the Walton Centre.

People are invited to pop by and chat to the inspectors in informal surroundings to give their views at the dates and times below. Anyone who would like to give their views but who is unable to attend the sessions, can find details of other ways to share their experiences for each trust.
