Feedback on your COVID experiences of the vaccination process and accessing information

Exercise Updated on - Thursday, April 29, 2021

The government COVID-19 vaccines delivery plan aims to vaccinate tens of millions of people. Now the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) is urging local people to tell them how it is working in Sefton so it can review the take-up of, how you have accessed information about the vaccine and your attitudes towards the vaccine.

Healthwatch Sefton have opened a survey to ensure that anonymous local feedback from Sefton residents can be quickly shared back to the DHSC.

What you have to say will also be important to the Sefton health and care system running our local programme to know how the vaccine programme is working.

Have you had your vaccine, waiting to receive yours or do you have queries which make you unsure? We want to know more about your attitude towards the vaccination process and also how you have been accessing information relating to the vaccine and local roll out.

How to get involved

You can access the survey here.

Paper copies of the survey can be provided and also provide the survey in alternative languages and other formats on request. Please call 0800 206 1304.
