Big Chat 1

We held our inaugural Big Chat in summer 2012, as we were preparing to become a statutory organisation. It was a chance for people to find out more about us, as their new commissioner of local health services, as well as the wider changes to their local NHS due to the new Health and Social Care Act.

Over 100 people came along and we worked with Sefton Council and the predecessor of Healthwatch Sefton, Sefton LINk, to talk about the greater role they would also soon be playing in working for better health and health services.
