Big Chat 5 

We combined this Big Chat with our annual review event on Thursday 10 September 2015. 

It was a chance for people to hear about our performance and achievements during 2014-2015, as well as giving their views about some of our key areas of work in the year ahead. Copies of our annual report and accounts were available for people to take away.

Looking to the future, people heard about our Shaping Sefton programme and our plans to transform services. They were invited to take part in feedback sessions focusing particularly on community services - the collective name for a wide range of care and treatments including district nursing, blood testing and foot and leg care.

People's experiences and views of community services are helping to review of these services during 2015-2016.

We also produced a summary report of our combined Big Chat 5 and annual review.
